It's late. Very late. Well, late for me, at least. I should be asleep right now, but my mind isn't slowing down. I'm also boiling in here, so I opened the window. I used to think that city noises would be of cars honking and sirens blaring. There are sirens, but here it's mostly planes and the Doppler effect. You know, the sound cars make as they get nearer and then farther away? Sheldon's Halloween costume? Big Bang Theory? Too many obscure references? That's fine. It's late. I should be sleeping. I have an exam tomorrow at 1:30. I feel...nothing about it. I'm finished with all this writing exam nonsense, and I just want to think about nothing a for a while. My last exam was death. 12 paragraph answers-about half a page, one 5 page essay, and one 3 page essay. I wrote for three hours straight. That isn't even fair. And the prof kept interrupting us with stupid jokes about bathroom breaks, and once for a short commercial about a new class he's teaching next year. And I was sitting directly in front of him, so I couldn't role my eyes or anything. I just smiled, like the charming person I am. Ah well, this time tomorrow I better be back at home in my bed. If not, I've fallen asleep during my exam and no one has woken me up yet.
Whoa, just heard a coyote howl. Are here coyotes in the city? Maybe it's gang members calling back and forth to each other. Because we all know how much gang members like to howl at the moon.
I'm beat. I'll try to go to sleep now. Night all!
